The reason for this lies in the fact that it is easier, safer, popular, cheaper, and an exciting mode of trade. That’s why online transactions have increased in leaps and bounds over the years. Also it reduces many of the expenses such as employees, land for a retail store etc. But to make full use of the potential and opportunities that e-commerce provides we require efficient e-commerce solutions.
For the perfect e-commerce system, one first of all needs to decide whether he wants the online store to consist only of a shopping cart or he wants the online store to be his entire site with the fuctions of shopping cart available to each and every page of the site.

2.separate shopping cart
1. Complete online store has many advantages over the separate shopping cart as we don’t have to buy any separate content management software and then integrating it with the current website.
Moreover, there are many features which are not available in the website attached with a CMS system:
a.regularly updating list of the inventory on the homepage
b.option of ‘in your shopping cart’ for users so that they don’t forget to buy what they have previously added while browsing the site
c.managing the entire website’s appearance from a single edge
d.reminding the user of the product he previously chose but did not buy
e.giving an option of signing up so that they can be informed of the latest updates in the inventory
2. Separate shopping cart on the other hand is simpler and is better if you already have a website and don’t want to adopt the web store system in the initial stage. But that doesn’t mean we should never adopt the web store system. Once your business has grown you should switch to that method just by building a web store and then providing links to different product pages in the web store in the website itself without following the whole process of editing.
After all, in case of e-commerce you don’t need any bigger building or something, all you need is an efficient e-commerce solution. So why limit your growth opportunities, choose proper software and expand your business and realize yourself on the top of the market.
