The husband and wife team behind JSF Driving School has recently expanded with the addition of two further Instructors to cover the Gloucestershire area.

The husband and wife team behind JSF Driving School has recently expanded with the addition of two further Instructors to cover the Gloucestershire area. Jim and Sharn Franghiadi (JSF!) have handpicked Instructors who teach to their exacting requirements, and who adhere to their professional standards.
Jim says: "We are pleased to welcome Neil and Kevin to our team. I have invested a lot of time developing the driving school, and I am confident that Neil and Kevin will continue to provide the level of teaching and service that people expect from JSF Driving School. They are excellent Instructors who meet the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) strict criteria, and also have the benefit of ongoing support and training through JSF. All our Instructors go through our Induction Training, and adhere to both the DSA and JSF Code of Conduct.
We offer all novice drivers a Free First Hour Lesson, and JSF Driving School can do that because we know our Instructors are good. The free hour lets the learner try us out, check out the Instructor and car, with no obligation, and ask any questions they may have. We always get our learners driving in that hour too! Picked up and dropped off...what better way to sell your business?"
Sharn goes on to explain: "We started JSF Driving School just over four years ago, after Jim spent six years with a Gloucester based school gaining experience within the driving school industry. We are proud of what we have achieved, and our success is evident! JSF Driving School has come through the recession and continued to grow in response to the demand from Gloucestershire learner drivers. People know when they see the real deal, because we provide quality instruction rather than quantity, and although successful, we are small enough to provide a local service tailored to meet each learners needs. That is the part that I am really proud about."
"JSF Driving School is now more able to meet the increasing demand that we have experienced since the end of last year. We have always covered the Gloucester, Cheltenham and Monmouth test centres, but now we will be more able to meet the demand that our reputation has developed, and hopefully cut down on our waiting lists!"
Kevin is married and based in Cheltenham, covering not only his home town, but also the Cotswolds and Cirencester areas. Neil lives with his family in Gloucester, covering the city, Tewkesbury and Stroud areas. Instructor Hugh is well established on his home patch in the Forest of Dean and Monmouth area. This leaves Jim flexible to go were demand needs him, as well as concentrating on Intensive Courses and Pass Plus. Sharn continues to deal with customer enquiries via telephone or email, whilst running the business on a day to day basis, and developing the JSF internet presence at www.jsfdrivingschool.co.uk.
Sharn says: "The driving instruction business is very competitive, so we are really pleased that our approach is proving right for our customers. We support clients to practice at home if they can, and link that in with the professional tuition they receive from our Instructors. We have a great success rate with not only learner drivers, but also with those returning nervously after a gap, or those taking advantage of the Pass Plus Scheme.
