The traditional cylindrical tackle bags come in junior, intermediate and senior sizes, ranging from 10Kg to 23Kg.
The Gilbert armed wedge is designed for attacking training drills with forward facing arms to provide resistance when contact is made to help simulate breaking a tackle. This wedge is ideal used in sets of three or four and the colour coded arms encourage players to run at gaps by highlighting defensive weak spots.
