If I were to compare my achievements with what other people have accomplished in their lifetimes, mine are negligible; my stories are perhaps not worth sharing. But if I were to compare where my journey started with where I stand right now, I have achieved great things in my humble scale. Similarly, my understanding of determination contains strong elements of action, hard work, and sacrifice. Entertaining ambitious dreams is good. However, every dream-whatever it might be-can only come true if one is able to convert it into a clear vision, toward which one is determined to walk. A DREAM suggests that one is asleep and passive, whereas a VISION indicates that one is awake and active. In reality, only when awake and active can one be productive.

At the age of 23, Kofi was hired by a multinational airline, after being selected first from his country in a competition with over 1200 candidates across a dozen countries. He later completed an International Aviation MBA degree in Canada.
