Up to 99% financing, guaranteed returns of up to 3.75% and up to 18 weeks usage
Due to French laws regarding new builds, a possible 19.6% VAT rebate is available and the apartments are offered as a freehold leaseback with returns up to 3.75% guaranteed annual rental return, net of all charges. The rental income is guaranteed irrespective of whether the apartment is rented out. Although, if skiing and personal usage is more important, it is possible to arrange up to 18 weeks personal usage per annum instead of rental income.

Avoriaz Crozats is situated in the center of Portes du Soleil, named after a pass between France and Switzerland, one of the world’s largest skiing areas and just 80 kilometers from Geneva. The development is built on a shelf above Morzine, one of the earliest ski resorts, and pioneer of the ski lift and at 1,800m altitude, it can claim the highest average snowfall at resort level in France. The resort is unique in that it is completely car free, and it is possible to travel throughout using only skis or horse drawn carriages, and all apartments are ski-in-ski-out.
