The clubs motto is "arguably the prettiest golf club in Wales", this is no understatement either. The golf course itself is a par 69 and is a mature parkland which was founded originally in 1896. It boasts a thriving membership who are renowned for their warm welcoming of visitors.
When you arrive at Monmouth Golf Club you can take advantage of the fantastic home cooked food which must be sampled before any round, just tell yourself it will help with the walk! The breakfasts are so good you will find it hard to leave the clubhouse. When you finally drag yourself away from the food you will find a friendly welcome from Richard Ballard the PGA Club Professional, here you can pay for your green fees and stock up on tees, balls, drinks and sustenance ready for the round ahead.
For anyone who struggles with any form of disability it is a good idea to hire a buggy for your round as Monmouth Golf Club has many undulations to navigate. Buggies can be hired for a small fee and they are state of the art electric buggies which are as quiet as a mouse.

The membership prices are also very reasonable with you being able to play the course pretty much anytime you want.
