Banks now offering 100% Home Loans again

South Africa is one of the more fortunate countries that is not in recession anymore. With the worst of the crisis behind them, South African banks have become more generous when considering applicants and are starting to offer 100% home loans again. This however does not mean that everyone has a hundred percent chance of qualifying for one. According to the latest statistics available, only half of the applicants were approved for a 100% loan and that too was subject to a deposit being paid.
