New Inspirational “How To” Book for Aspiring Women Leaders

Women make up 50% of the total workforce, yet only 15% of women are employed as corporate officers and occupy only 3% of CEO seats in Fortune 500 companies. They are advancing slower than male counterparts, while often times being unaware of what is holding them back.
“Our goal is to help aspiring women understand common behaviors that hold them back, while providing them with tips and advice from 22 women executives and professionals” says Belief System Institute President, Martha W. Forlines.
Forlines, along with her business partner Dr. Thad B. Green, wrote the book: Inspiring Women, BECOMING Courageous Wise Leaders with this goal in mind. “We want to help women develop confidence, courage and wisdom for extraordinary leadership,” states Forlines. “So naturally, we must first address the roadblocks that hinder their progress.”
Forlines shares a wealth of knowledge and information in this women’s leadership book, having left a very successful 28 year journey in Corporate America. Green is a former college professor, an author of 14 business books to date, business owner, consultant and an accomplished artist. Together, they provide deep insight into leadership issues and ways to overcome them.
