The Pizza Mia! restaurant has been a staple in the Chicago area since 1991 when Dave Dombrowski took over from a struggling neighborhood pizzeria and turned the restaurant's fortunes around.
“I’ve always believed in keeping things simple. Make a great product, give outstanding service, be competitively priced. If we are consistent in these areas, we will be consistently successful. That’s how I’ve built my company,” Dombrowski said.
Now, he wants to share that success with other entrepreneurs
