hangzhou, zhejiang, China (prbd.net) 30/11/2010
Yakuza series has never quite turned through here in Europe, although it is very popular in Japan. It is not easy to see why, because there are good games you should believe the expert on the Japanese underworld, Joachim.

Perhaps the series' creator, Toshihiro Nagoshi and his next game better luck here on the continent. According to Siliconera, he works at least with another game in addition to Yakuza 5

The rumor comes from a forum user at 2ch that should have tyvlest the upcoming issue of Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu. There should certainly be a lot about Binary Domain, as the game supposedly called. The action shall be set to Tokyo anno 2080, and there is talk of a shooter with a focus on robots.

The fact that the game takes place in Tokyo is said to have been controversial among some of the developers, a team consisting of both western and eastern-game makers, which may indicate that they wish to offer a more Western experience. It confirmed that it will be released simultaneously worldwide, as opposed to the Yakuza games that have come to Europe over a year later.

The last little details is that this is supposed to take place in the third person, and offer extremely sophisticated artificial intelligence and multiplayer over the internet. Time will tell whether it is hold in these rumors. Famitsu magazine referred to coming out later this week.
