MachinePoint Group is pleased to announce the launch of its incorporated subsidiary, MachinePoint Food Technologies. Devoted to offering complete plant & process installation, and turnkey projects to processors in the Agro Food, Beverage and Dairy industries; MachinePoint Food Technologies has a unique added value proposition, which offers the possibility of integrating used machinery into a new project offering.
Born from a partnership between MachinePoint Group and Gemina; MachinePoint Food Technologies has been created to provide processing lines for the Agro Food, Beverage and Dairy industries; that are looking to expand, update or modify their production facilities. The possibility of incorporating used, along with new machinery is the far-reaching innovation that makes the proposal so unique. MachinePoint Food Technologies´ sister company, MachinePoint Used Machinery; controls 80% of the used equipment currently for sale in Europe; and has extensive logistics and engineering experience in transporting and integrating used equipment successfully into new plant layouts.

Gemina is a highly specialised process integrator that manufactures customised equipment for the Agro Food,Beverage and Dairy industries. It encompasses over 25 years of knowledge and reputable experience in designing and building plants, and processes, for liquid processing industries. Gemina is located in one of the largest and most technically advanced agricultural areas in Europe (South Spain), and beholds outstanding engineering experience in working for major European processors.
During the last few years it has also developed projects in Africa and Asia; and now plans to reinforce its international expansion through its partnership with MachinePoint Group.

Gemina brings a highly specialised technical team to the mix that integrates and manufactures customised solutions for the processing of liquids in the food industry.
The engineering centre of MachinePoint Food Technologies is located in Murcia (South of Spain, Europe) and has more than 5000m2dedicated to the engineering, automation, manufacturing, finishing, assembling, testing and quality control of the equipment which will later be installed at our customers’ facilities.
