Brompton Associates are pleased to announce the next Leadership Development Course to be held in La Herradura, Spain.
The Leadership Development Course is the result of Rebecca Watson’s significant experience as an executive and business coach that spans more than 10 years. Rebecca has taken all her insight over this period to carefully plan, detail and implement highly successful leadership development courses that take a holistic, yet highly focused approach, to developing an individual’s leadership potential.

Areas that are addressed include an individual’s general professional balance, their resilience, health and mental approach to leadership.
Those attending the Leadership Development Course will find the setting very relaxing but at no time should the course be seen as a “jolly”. While there is high emphasis on getting the mind and body fit for leadership, there is a heavy work load to get through during the leadership training courses including:-
• Three one to one coaching sessions (the first is held two weeks before the Residential five day course, the second coaching session takes place on the course and the third coaching session is two weeks after to ensure that the learning is embedded into everyday actions)
• Three hour group training sessions held each morning on the course
• One to one personal training and assessment of keeping healthy body, and an ensuing healthy mind
• Group pilates/yoga sessions each morning before breakfast for focus and balance
• Two group runs along the beach, led by a personal trainer for those who want to keep fit
• Shiatsu massage during the course to help the body as well as mind relax!
