Change Jobs http://www.chasezander.com, the niche job board for business change management roles has announced a 4-fold increase in blue chip companies advertising directly with them in Q2 of 2010 compared to the previous two quarters and the same is true allowing for like for like advertising to Q2 2009.
These figures suggest there may be an underlying trend for direct advertising.
The Change Jobs team believe that more and more companies will start to advertise their own roles directly moving forward as a first point of call in a bid to cut recruitment spend costs. The feeling is that even if companies can make one placement per year from direct advertising they should cover most, if not all, of the cost of advertising all of their business change management roles with Change Jobs.
With large organisations such as the Co-operative Financial Services, Nationwide and RNIB all advertising direct currently it seems a trend that will continue. Even KPMG Australia have used our services to attract people who want to relocate overseas.
