Brand Services, LLC is engaged in delivering fire protection and safety services since last 15 years which protect the building’s occupants and owner’s investment. It was established in 1994 and is Certified Women Owned Small Business Enterprise. It specializes in the inspection, repair and maintenance of passive fire protection and safety systems which also includes fire and smoke dampers, firestopping, fire doors, fireproofing, mechanical insulation and facility maintenance.
Our in-house technicians are highly skilled are trained accordingly to be proficient in all the areas of passive fire protection. We have dedicated, experienced and certified technicians needed to assess, inspect, repair and maintain all components of a fire systems and equipments to provide all the services offered by us.
We offer an annual maintenance service which is basically designed to inspect 25% of facilities dampers each year and in addition to that, we also seal and correct any Firestop deficiencies which are located near fire dampers and within the barriers. Along with this service, proper documentation of the inspection and repair done of the fire damper is also provided for your records and knowledge. Our Master Report is prepared which includes an inspection report, deficiency report and a summary report.
We provide these services to many areas which include New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C, Delaware, Virginia, Ohio, North and South Carolina.
