A few years ago, a personal trainer called Mike Geary decided to publish a full six pack abs program. What started off with just a small release to a few people, soon turned viral as thousands and thousands of people spread the word.
Now, in 2011, it is the number1 abs program worldwide. Literally millions of people visit Mike's website on a monthly basis and thousands of copies continue to sell.
However, whilst the reviews and testimonials are fantastic for this product, there has always been something missing. The people who purchased the product were all thrilled with the content and most went on to fulfilling they're six pack dreams. However, some felt that they needed more support.
That's why another renowned personal fitness trainer who also found the program to be incredible, decided to do something about it. Matt Garrett had the brainwave to let the people who have purchased the product come and congregate and share their journeys together.
In April 2011, he launched the new Truth about Abs Forum. So far it is in beta, so only a few who have already purchased the program and a few who are very interested have been allowed in. However, in May 2011 the doors will be open to anyone to join up and start posting.
The value is that those who are part of the program can now discuss with others who are also members and share what is working. They can share their favorite workout routines, diet plans and exercises. They now also have the continued support of other members.
