Mr. D. Krishnamurthi is the Chairman of AIMS. He served in the Tamil Nadu Police Service for more than 37 years. He had excelled in different fields in the Tamil Nadu Police Department and retired from service as DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE. During his service he was awarded the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s Police Medal, Mahatma Gandhi Medal and President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
AIMS recruit security personnel not only with the Age, Physical and educational background but also keenly identifies the persons with the Orientation with IQ to the Security industry. AIMS rejuvenation in the Private Security services both conceptual and practical level and provide 24X7 security support with reliability and satisfaction.
Recruitment and Training:
• Keeping in mind the demands of modern security, our Agency has diversified its activities in recruiting educated, young and energetic youths in the age group of 18 – 30 years.
• Our Security Guards and Supervisors are imparted training to suit the needs of Corporate and Residential Security through our well trained retired police personnel, who posses sound professional knowledge in vigilance, gate controls, searches, investigations and prevention of crimes.
• Our training courses embrace a wide range of police and other law enforcement basics with a view to provide effective and reliable security to the industries and residences. Class room instructions and extensive practical training are given by Experts with vast experience in Tamil Nadu Police as per syllabus stipulated in “The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005.”
