DiscountMugs.com, the leading distributor of factory-direct promotional products in the country, recently received the highest rating of five stars from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and TrustLink.org. The Better Business Bureau is a consumer research and protection organization that allows customers to review non-bias information on company products and services. TrustLink.org is a web-based affiliate of the Better Business Bureau providing a more interactive experience for customers performing research.
The BBB’s rankings are based on a grading system with “NR” and “F” being the lowest grade and “A+” being the highest grade. The BBB recently gave DiscountMugs.com their highest ranking of A+ which according to the BBB is “An exemplary rating. This means that nothing in our files causes us to have any doubt about the company’s reliability”.
TrustLink.org has a completely different rating system and uses five-star quality rating scale, the lowest rating being one-star and the highest rating being five stars. TrustLink.org rates companies based on a total average of customer reviews giving customers the option of rating their experience between one-star and five-stars. The DiscountMugs.com TrustLink.org profile has received over 8,000 views with over 320 reviews and an average rating above 4.5 stars. This rating is made even more impressive by the fact that “many incredibly positive reviews opted out of selecting stars at all, which created a default ranking of three stars per unrated review” according to CEO Amin Rahman.
One of the five-star reviews posted on TrustLink.org was “I am in the process of placing an order with DiscountMugs.com.
