"Important vitamins supplements you cannot live without"

What is most important to you? Do you need to lose weight? Do you have the desire to stay slim and trim? Do you wish to build up your immunity before the cold and flu season gets here? Well you’d better stock up on your daily vitamins supplements and other healthful ingredients necessary for a good healthy you!

When it comes to our body and our health we have an obligation to take care of ourselves if we wish to stay healthy and feel GOOD! Our daily diet is not always sufficiently filled with all the right health enhancing additives and other ingredients our bodies require so we must give ourselves a boost by adding on some of those vital ingredients. A few of those necessary healthy daily add on supplements to a normal diet include:

• Vitamin A is one of the fat soluble vitamins responsible for boosting the immune defences, promoting good vision, healthy skin, body growth, bones, and cell development. It is one of the most versatile of vitamins.

• The B vitamins include B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, & B9. These are all considered water soluble which means they will wash away unless added back in a daily dose of vitamins supplements and other ingredients

• Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is another water soluble vitamin proven to be an essential part of each of our lives, and possibly the most important of all the vitamins. We need vitamin C to make and keep our bones strong, blood vessels elastic, and skin (the largest organ of the body) supple and healthy. Our immune system depends on vitamin C for optimum health.

• Vitamin D is vital for proper absorption of the calcium we receive from food; controls calcium levels in the blood along with how much calcium we excrete in urine. Not receiving enough vitamin D is related to bone diseases like osteoporosis and rickets.

• Vitamin E, a group of compounds responsible for maintenance of cell structure in our body and provides a line of defence against tissue damage. Vitamin # prevents free radical damage in our membranes.
