Detroit, MI -- Jenesys Group President Nipa Shah addressed the largest minority business enterprise trade fair in the nation at the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council’s (MMSDC) 29th Annual Michigan Minority Procurement Conference on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 in Detroit.

During the conference, themed “Rising Above A Dynamic Economy,” Shah turned the focus to how social media and reputation management strategies can make a difference to businesses in this ever-changing economy during a professional development seminar. “Creating a website and focusing on online marketing are the most valuable marketing tools for future multi-million dollar businesses,” says Shah. “Settling for inexperienced people to open social networking avenues can lead to a waste of time and money and result in disaster for many businesses.”

The MMSDC, founded in 1977, is nationally recognized for its work with major corporations to promote minority business development and growth.
