The overall construction industry recorded a CAGR of 5.91% in US$ terms (8.17% in ZAR terms) during the review period, helped by a 23.0% growth in 2007 in US$ terms (28.9% in ZAR terms). With the government aiming to increase investment in infrastructure projects, the market is expected to grow steadily from 2011.
