In case of cancelation of the booking you need to inform before the 50 days of booking date of yours.
And the deposit would refunded by U.S. Mainly with a deduction of %0 Dollars as service charge.
But in case if you cancel the booking with less than 50 days then in that case you will only receive gift voucher valid till 6 months. And Anna Maria Island Rental payments are non refundable.
