The US Open is just days away right now. Tennis fans worldwide are already getting excited about another great fortnight at Flushing Meadows, including everyone here at the US Open Live Stream Facebook page.
There are hundreds of reasons why the 2012 US Open could turn out to be one of the best tennis events of all-time. Sure, Rafael Nadal is out injured, but we've still got an array of stars from the ATP and WTA, some of which are rightly considered to be amongst the greatest to have ever stepped on a court.
All eyes are on Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray here in New York. The US Open Live Stream facebook page will be updating fans with all of the news and previews as these three players challenge for the title. We'll keep you posted about how the chasing pack are getting on too. Juan Martin Del Potro is back in form, and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has proven to be a genuine threat in slam competition of late. John Isner and Milos Raonic could also feature heavily in week two.
The women's draw contains a selection of greats as well. Serena Williams is considered to be the main contender but she's not the only standout player in attendance this year. We can look to Maria Sharapova, Petra Kvitova, Victoria Azarenka, Agnieszka Radwanska, Angelique Kerber and Sam Stosur to provide stiff competition for the American fourth seed. Also look out for Belgian legend Kim Clijsters, who's due to compete in her final tournament as a tennis professional.
