If you are buying investment property, now is the ideal time to find a well priced buy to let property; whilst prices are low and you can maximise your yield. With a lower mortgage loan you can improve your cash flow.

Currently, there are twice as many sellers as buyers, and the average UK house price has fallen by over £4,000. Regionally, West Midlands saw a rise of 2% in house prices yet in Greater London they fell by 3.6% with Hackney standing out as the best performing borough.
