Great news for the Atlanta food buffs in search of something new this season- Leading restaurant Atlanta, Babette's Café has reportedly unveiled a new platter of menu with the onset of spring this year. The new menu made its debut recently on March 20th.

Babette's Café is owned and operated by Marla Adams who is a seasoned chef herself. The restaurant has been serving the Atlanta community for more than 2 decades now since its inception in the year 1992. As per Marla's spokesperson, the chef believes in ever-evolving menu.

"It's great to announce that we have come up with a fresh set of menu to celebrate the spring this year. We believe in ever-evolving menu to bring in a variation for our diners here and this time we will put away our Cassoulet Pans for the season to infuse in many new items much to the pleasure of our guests", said the spokesperson, when speaking about their new Spring platter.

Babette's Café is offering an extensive display of gourmet as per their fresh menu schedule. Some of the new Entrée choices from the leading French restaurant Atlanta include goat cheese & spinach Agnilotti along with Zucchini and wild mushrooms, green salmon served with risotto & salmorigilo sauce and many more.

When it comes to appetizers, Marla has brought in Celeriac cream with Chives and roasted leeks, romaine & arugula salad along with Lemon-Thyme dressup etc.

Marla's restaurant is housed in an archaic 1916 remodeled bungalow, between historical Inman Park & Poncey-Highland neighborhoods. Adams herself had an international upbringing and has infused a variety of international flavors like Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian and French into her restaurant menu.

"We are known for our fine dining Atlanta experience and our deliciously rustic European style setting would surely make you feel like a film star whenever you hit on to us", the spokesperson added.

Speaking about their Atlanta restaurant, the manager of Babette's Café said, "Our hallmark is the delights from old world like carefully-braised meats, conventional culinary techniques working on locally sourced stuffs. To us the key to amazing food is utilizing the food ingredients in the utmost natural form. We always assure you of a simple yet unique dining experience with a romantic twist and exotic touch".

The restaurant always focuses on affordable European fare which is both appetizing and well accessible. They also shared about their wine testing event that takes place every 3rd Thursday of every month almost.
