Carol Loher’s son Keith died by suicide on March of 1999. Keith showed no signs of depression so family and friends were not only shocked by his untimely death, but were suddenly and tragically confronted with this silent killer called suicide. Carol has created a web site where suicide is de- stigmatized and where individuals and families share stories of hope and connection. She is the author of My Uncle Keith Died.

Open to Hope Radio broadcasts every Thursday at 9 AM Pacific Standard Time/ 12 Noon Eastern Time. To listen to this show, go to www.opentohope.com.
