Open enrollment starts November 15,2010 ,and ends December 31,2010.Part of Medicare's changes is that all changes and enrollments end Dec 31st.In the past you were allowed to make changes to your Medicare Advantage plans until the end of March.Starting in 2011,open enrollment will start October 15th and end December 7th.We believe these changes were made to handle the huge number of people that will become Medicare eligible as of January 1st 2011,these people are commonly referred to as the Baby Boomers.
