"What exactly is an R4 Card and what can R4Cards do?"
An R4 Card is also called R4 DS or R4 Revolution. These R4Cards are specialized devices available to use on your Nintendo Wii that allow you to boost its performance and enable a world of possibilities that you never knew existed.
