Richard L. Newman, Esq., a Bucks County attorney specializing in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning, will present a Long Term Care Planning Seminar at Warwick Township on Tuesday, September 28th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 PM. The program will be offered in the Main Meeting Room at the Township Building, located at 1733 Township Greene, Jamison, PA.
In the Long Term Care Planning Seminar, Mr. Newman will examine what options are available for seniors in need of long term care and what sources of payment are available for each of these options. In addition, Mr. Newman will discuss planning techniques that are available to protect assets from the exorbitant costs of long term care. Richard L. Newman has been a practicing attorney for over twenty years. Richard specializes in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. His practice is devoted to serving some of the most vulnerable members of our society and the families that are caring for them. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Elder Law Section. He is also an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and Middle Bucks LeTip. Richard graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1986 and received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 1983, at which time he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
