Sold Out Trainers are delighted to announce that we will be launching a brand new series of advanced customer service training workshops. The workshops will run on a number of dates throughout December and delegates will have the opportunity to expand on customer service skills learnt through previous training with Sold Out Trainers.
The workshop is entitled “Making A Good Impression-Within A Second” and in it we will explore how the modern customer judges a product or service within a fraction of a second and how this speed is steadily increasing. In the 1980s and 1990s, for example, NLP authors claimed there was only 90 seconds to make a first impression. By the time of the new millennium, it was only 4 to 7 seconds. Malcolm Gladwell’s best-selling 2005 book Blink said that people made their first impressions within two seconds, while a recent BBC article quoted a study explaining that internet surfers form an impression “in one 20th of a second of viewing a webpage.” Clearly the importance of making an excellent first impression is rising too!
In our new and exciting customer service training workshop we show delegates how to start off on the right foot, every time when dealing with a customer. This innovative new workshop will allow participants to really polish and perfect skills learnt in previous customer service training with us. We will also look at how new technologies have affected customer service.
