An investor earning S$2,500 qualifies for a Q1 pass, while P2 pass is meant for an investor receiving S$3,500 monthly salary. If the wages reach S$7,000, a P1 type of Employment pass is furnished.
“Businessmen whose credentials fall short of completing a tertiary education are not hindered from doing business in Singapore,” Hun beams, impressing that through an Entrepreneur pass, the investor could push through with business undertakings.

The Companies Act of Singapore requires at least one shareholder, one resident director, and one company secretary to form a company. A resident director must be a citizen or a permanent resident.
