March 13, 2010 -- 50 Million dollars is usually something only a lottery winner can get lucky enough to obtain. Either that or sign a long term sports contract. However, Orlando, Florida resident and internet entrepreneur Mark Adamczyk could get as much as 50 million dollars if he wins his Federal Lawsuit against Jack Hutchings, David H. Simmons, General Motors, Chrysler and others. The lawsuit which was just entered in Orange County Federal Court has an enormous amount of information that can only lead one to believe guilt by the defendants. That is something Mark Adamczyk will have to prove but if he can prove his case successfully he will be entitled to as much as 50 million dollars. David H. Simmons is an Orlando Attorney and also running for Florida Senate in 2010, has been named in the Federal Lawsuit as a defendant. Mark Adamczyk alleges that David H. Simmons has inappropriate relations with Seminole County Court Judges, pointing to the fact that Seminole County Court Judges Nancy F. Alley and Judge Alan A. Dickey both sided with David H. Simmons and his client Jack Hutchings in the court room. Judge Alan A. Dickey also went so far as to threaten Mark Adamczyk with five months in prison if he doesn’t stop blogging about David H. Simmons. David H. Simmons, who is a public figure and politician, is probably the first politician ever to try to control the internet and stop people from halting his upcoming election. The lawsuit points out so many scandals such as Civil RICO, Violation of Constitution, Fraud to name a few, James Adamczyk, Mark Adamczyk’s father is also a plaintiff. The suit comes from his father signing a settlement agreement with Jack Hutchings and then when David H. Simmons had three of Mark Adamczyk’s websites shut down and had court orders signed by Judge Alley that Mark Adamczyk is also to be held to that settlement agreement is when Mark Adamczyk could take no more. The Federal law suit could award damages of up to 50 million dollars to Mark Adamczyk. Jack Hutchings who has a 400 million dollar fortune could easily pay it but as all court cases in the U.S. are handled, it’s up to a jury.
