Africa Untamed, A Canadian-based Africa travel company that specializes in providing individual and group custom designed trips and pre-packaged tours, offers a blend of culture and safari in true African style, is today announcing the launch of its first official three-week African tour in leaving in February 2012, covering a range of must-see destinations in Africa.

“What will be interesting about this tour is its mix of culture, mix of wildlife and a mix of beauty,” said Nigel Bragge, Owner / Operator, who announced the tour in Edmonton.

“Tour participants will get to interact with native Africans and hear their life stories,” said Nigel, though living in Canada, Africa is their birthplace and they would love “you to experience” it with them the African way.

The tour, which will also be guided by local Africans, will include a visit to a Game farm where participants will get to ride elephants.

“The tour is being offered at a special introductory price of $4900 CAD excluding international flights, and it is inclusive of meals, accommodation, internal flights and planned, and or scheduled activities,” confirmed Nigel. The company Owners are very passionate about Africa; clients trust Nigel and his team to find a way to get them to their desired tour destinations on budget.

According to Nigel, the scheduled three-week tour to Africa kicks off in Johannesburg, otherwise known as “City of Gold”. From Jo’burg (Johannesburg), the tour travels north toward the famous The Blyde River Canyon, which is one of South Africa’s natural wonders, then onto the Kruger Park – home to 147 different animal species.

Thereafter, Nigel said they will travel via air to the south towards Cape Town, a city developed in 1652 by the Dutch East India Company as a supply station for Dutch ships. From there, the group will travel down the Garden Route that stretches from the west to the east.

“Here participants will have a rare view of the marvellous mountain ranges that crowd the shoreline dotted with beaches and bays… which is indeed a magnificent drive through,” said Nigel, who further noted that during this time they will be exploring the famous Cango Caves and an Ostrich farm, then on east to Port Elizabeth, known as the “Friendly City”, a once in a lifetime visit.

The kick-off African tour in February, according to Nigel, has not many vacancies left, and persons who are really interested in going on this “one in a life time tour to Africa” should make sure they get on board before it’s too late.

“ We’re not sure when we’ll be able to make this tour available again at this price, and so I urge persons who want to see Africa in 2012 to not let this special opportunity pass them by.” said Nigel. The Africa Untamed team will offer a range of African Vacation Packages and has combined 70 years experience living, travelling, and working throughout Africa.
